– Tenants are responsible for payment of all utilities: gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash pickup.
– Tenant is responsible for lawn care maintenance, unless otherwise stated.
– We are pet friendly, but do not accept: more than two pets, aggressive breeds, any pets larger than 35 lbs, or any pets that will grow larger than 35 lbs.
– We do require a non-refundable pet fee up front (two pets maximum); $500 for the first pet and an additional $250 for the second pet.
